Job duties
  • Provide financial planning services to customers including analysis and advice for fund (personal investment and MPF) and insurance
  • Provide after sales services like risk protection and wealth management
  • Supervise the sales team (Manager grade or above)
  • Plan and execute sales promotion activities (VP)
Requirements
  • Diploma Level or above with over 3 year s experience in sales or in financial services industry. Managerial grade candidates require over 5 years relevant experience. (if not meeting the requirements, additional on-the-job professional training is mandatory).
  • Initiative, good sense of responsibility, hard working, willing to learn, good integrity, good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Leadership experience and ability to resolve problems are required for managers or above.
